Repair, Restore, Renew! Broken? Don't bin it! Bring it along to us and our skilled volunteers will help you to repair it, teaching you some skills to use in the future. Save the environment and save money as well! We can help you with the following: restoring rusty tools, knife and tool sharpening, woodwork, small mechanical items, bikes, sewing, jewellery, knitting, artwork touch-ups, gluing broken items.

Enjoy woodfired pizzas, cakes, barista coffee and community connection while we are open - the last Saturday of each month except December, 10am to 1pm at Terrigal Uniting Church. Repairs and refreshments are all available free, although donations are welcomed.

What are you offering at the festival?

One of our volunteers will be able to show you how to restore your rusty tools to extend their life and improve their appearance! We will demonstrate knife and tool sharpening, and will be able to help you with simple bike repairs, small mechanical items, and simple costume jewellery repairs. Unfortunately we cannot provide our usual refreshments at the Festival - you will have to attend one of our Saturday events to enjoy those! Repairs are free, although donations are welcomed. This stall is just a sample of some of the things we can offer at our monthly Repair Cafes.

does it cost any money?

We can accept cash donations for any repairs made on the day.

How do you align with the festival goals?

We align perfectly with your sustainability goals – our whole aim is to repair items to save them from landfill, and to teach repair skills where possible. This will save the environment while saving people money. Repair, restore, renew!
