Central Coast born and bred, we are a proudly locally owned and independent craft brewery, brewing & packaging all our beer onsite in Erina. Our new tap room in Erina is now open! With 16 taps, a dog friendly outdoor area, seating overlooking the brewery as well as restaurant with full wine and cocktail menu, Six String at The Sawmill is all about good beer, good music, and good time!

At the festival, Six String Brewing Co. will be pouring their signature craft beers proudly brewed right here on the Coast. Stop by for a taste and chat with the crew about all things hops, harmony, and local flavour.

How do you align with the festival goals?

Our products align with the sustainability goals of the Sustainable Future Festival through our commitment to environmentally responsible packaging. At Six String Brewery we package our beer in aluminium cans which are one of the most sustainable beverage containers available. Aluminium is infinitely recyclable without losing quality and recycling it uses up to 95% less energy compared to producing new aluminium. This significantly reduces greenhouse gas emissions and conserves natural resources. By choosing cans over glass we also minimise transportation emissions because aluminium cans are lighter and more space efficient reducing fuel consumption during distribution. Our approach supports a circular economy and helps reduce landfill waste aligning perfectly with the festival’s vision for a sustainable future.
