Food Integrity Group (FIG) is a not-for-profit, community-run co-op on the NSW Central Coast, connecting locals with fresh, ethically grown organic produce. Operating since 2009, FIG offers weekly food boxes and a vibrant Monday market featuring seasonal fruit, vegetables, pantry staples, and local eggs.

Committed to sustainability and fair farming, FIG supports local growers and promotes chemical-free, biodynamic, and permaculture practices. Members can shop online, pick up from local hubs, and even “pick your own” produce. With a focus on community, transparency, and ecological integrity, FIG empowers people to eat well and support local agriculture.
