We use biodegradable and compostable packaging, including cups, straws, and serving trays, to reduce single-use plastic waste.
Local & Fresh Ingredients
We source ingredients from local suppliers and markets, supporting nearby producers and cutting down on transport emissions.
Minimised Food Waste
Our food is made on site from scratch and we have made-to-order approach. This ensures that every churro, lokma, and smoothie is freshly prepared reducing overproduction and food waste.
