ARC Ento Tech is a bio-tech company based in Somersby here on the Central Coast, diverting waste from landfill and turning it into high-value products with Black Soldier Fly Larvae (BSFL) technology. Through what we call the ARCProcess, we use compact systems at council and business sites, so waste is processed on-site, recovering up to 95% of material.

In simple terms: we turn scraps into value instead of burying them. The outputs are ARCProtein (a nutritious animal feed), ARCSoil (a soil booster for healthy plants), and SynCoal™ (a carbon-rich material for industry). This approach increases landfill longevity, lowers greenhouse emissions, and keeps value in the local economy. All whilst looking forward to the future in the hopes of building sustainable frameworks for future generations.

ARC's Waste Solution diverts up to 95% from landfill, maximises recovery, and minimises impacts, delivering a future-ready model for waste management at scale. It scales with councils and industry, integrates with existing infrastructure, and delivers validated diversion, emissions, and product-quality results at every stage.

From this process come three core fully circular outputs:

ARCProtein: a sustainable alternative to soy and fishmeal. With essential amino acids, antimicrobial peptides, and lauric acid, it supports superior feed conversion and animal health while reducing costly supplements.

ARCSoil™: a natural soil enhancer rich in organic nitrogen, carbon, chitin, and micronutrients, nourishing crops and rebuilding soil vitality.

SynCoal™: converting plastics and inorganics into a carbon-rich reductant for steel and metals, and a high-purity reducing agent for chemical applications.
